Attribution & methodology. Computed by MortRadar from Ginnie Mae public single-family MBS disclosure data. CPR is the annualised voluntary prepayment (payoff) speed: SMM = balance paid off this month / beginning balance, CPR = 1−(1−SMM)¹². The national CPR trend is UPB-weighted across all pools; the coupon and program splits are the latest loan-level snapshot month (labelled above) and cover voluntary payoffs only (buyouts and involuntary removals excluded). Speeds are single-month approximations and are shown as an em dash where not computable — never a fabricated zero. Derived work; not published, reviewed, or endorsed by Ginnie Mae or any government agency. See data attribution.
